Whether for prototypes or large series, our Rofin FL-020 fiber laser allows us to carry out transparent or butt welds, without adding material, on a wide range of materials, in particular steel and stainless steel.

Thanks to our special machine designed in-house, we ensure precise control of parts, assembly and automatic feeding. We guarantee through 100% checks the tightness and solidity of the welds, while offering the possibility of carrying out machining operations according to your specific needs.

Our current manufacturing processes allow us to guarantee:

• Weld position: +/- 0.05, 1/10 tolerance
• Cord width: up to 1.20 mm
• Weld depth: up to 1mm

Our equipment also allows us to perform laser marking on machined parts. Datamatrix, traceability or any other diagram, we are able to engrave your parts according to your needs.
